This is the typical "daisy-chain"
technique for joining several racks together, using a common support leg.
This saves approx. 2 inches per rack. May not seem like much, but this
creates space for another 10 pr. of skis for every 6 racks. When applied
to the 'double-hi' racks the savings also double - 20 pr. for every 6
racks!!

Here you can clearly see the advantage of our
"double high" rack, placed beside our standard S-50. (We had to
get under the structural beam.)
Twice the skis in the same space, taking advantage of 'wasted space'
above the normal height rack.
If you have the ceiling height, we can even put full-length skis in the
top section.
